Job Description
  • Performs advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative duties for one or more Vice Presidents and other staff as assigned
  • Calendar Management - scheduling and maintaining ad hoc and standard meetings
  • Meeting Planning - including location selection, negotiations with vendors, preparing transportation and rooming lists
  • Travel Management - arrange for flight, hotel, and ground transportation
  • Creation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Approval and/or monitoring of eTime, LearningEDGE, and expense reports
  • Screen incoming calls
  • Responsible for greeting all guests and customers in a friendly, professional manner and answers incoming phone calls clearly; routing those calls to the proper department or individual
  • Welcomes guests and customers in a professional and friendly manner, then directing them to the correct department or individual expediently
  • Answers incoming phone calls quickly and clearly, then routing the call to the appropriate department or individua
  • Places phone system into night-mode at designated time. Assists in the completion of appropriate forms and reports
 
Skills:
0 - 4 years of experience
Worker must complete an alternate screening which includes fingerprint screening.
