Bookkeeper-AP or AR
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Bookkeeping background preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Assists with all clerical functions of Accounts Payable.
- Match invoices to receipts, voucher invoices in the system, review and address unmatched costs, cut checks, mail checks.
- Manage multiple checking account balances.
- Maintain updated vendor information.
- Responsible for record retention.
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping function backup.
- Ensure customer service requirements are met.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word.
