  • Contact customer to determine vehicle availability and condition
  • Schedule vehicle pick-up and delivery with customer and transporter
  • Notify Customer Account Representatives and transporter of any relevant vehicle transportation related issues as required
  • Compile vehicle transportation related data and generate reports
  • Frequently considers what is the best way to do things and looks for ways to streamline
  • Focuses on customer needs and preferences in delivering work product
  • Follows up with the customers to ensure problems are solved
  • Delivers consistently strong performance that co-workers can rely upon
  • Recognizes when to escalate a problem to the next level and when to handle it individually
  • Provides clear and thorough information to others (e.G., verbal, written, email, presentations, meetings)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of computer usage including Excel and AS400 Communications, organization and customer service skills
  • General knowledge of automobile titling process preferred
  • Experience 1-3 years clerical or administrative experience (in automotive industry preferred)
  • Data entry experience
