Would handle travel plans (flights, hotels, cars, dinner reservations, etc), organize expense receipts and file reports, handle office operations (set up lunches, handle office supplies, greet clients and prep office for meetings, etc.) as well as some data entry and reports.
  • Substantial Executive Assistant/Support experience required. Bachelor' s Degree preferred, but not required.
  • Must show a history of being a self-starter in identifying ways to make an executive' s day more manageable, while maintaining positive relationships with other executive assistants and company staff
  • Has worked extensively on Board or senior executive committees and is highly skilled in managing relationships, protocol, governance processes and meeting logistics
  • Very strong cultural awareness and ability to/experience in working across continents
  • Highly flexible and has ability to perform to high standards in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
  • Has an exceptional eye for presentation and detail and is highly precise by nature
  • Motivated self-starter with excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and verbal/written communication skills;
  • Must be highly organized, thrive under pressure, be proactive, flexible, reliable and highly confidential
  • Proficiency level experience with MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Concur, video conference application
