HR Associate Service Rep I

- As an HR Associate Service Rep, you will provide Level 1 technical and troubleshooting support via telephone, web chats, and electronic communications to our associates.
- You will be expected to use outstanding customer service skills to negotiate priorities and callback expectations with our associates.
- You will be responsible for using this company support tools to address and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
- 2-3 Years Customer Service experience
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to learn and apply technical and industry-specific information into troubleshooting
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to listen, think, and type at the same time.
- Dexterity to operate a computer and telephone.
- PC knowledge with the ability to efficiently maneuver in a Windows environment.
- Familiarity with SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors is a plus.
