Lead Office Clerk
• Ensure that all confirmed deliveries (email + EOD packet) have uploaded in BASIS Settlement
• Notify Settlement that the location is ready to close via SAP COCI – after all route are
accounted for and corrections posted in SAP COCI
• Driver Over and Short research and resolution (cash and product/load)
• Review and verify end of day driver paperwork
• Run daily route status report to verify that all delivery routes settled
• Ensure proof of deliveries are included in driver paperwork (DSD, store stamps, etc.)
• Prepare driver paperwork for Imaging
• Review settlement exception reports and resolve issues
• Perform SAP to BASIS reconciliation
• Work with warehouse inventory personnel to resolve SAP (inventory system) to BASIS
(sales accounting system) reconciling items
• High School - GED or Diploma required.
• Some college preferred.
• 2-5 years' experience in automated office environment required.
• Experience using BASIS Route Accounting system preferred.
• Experience in cash reconciliation preferred.
