Desired Qualifications:
- Significant experience dealing with commercial/industrial customers with complex distributions systems. (i.E. Network, Auto-Transfer multi-feeder, Distribution Ductline).
- Experience in planning level utility projects including GRID modernization. Overhead to underground feeder conversions, reliability improvements.
- Significant Electric Utility Project Management Experience including organized approach, time management of multiple projects, strong communication skills, ability to create and manage construction timelines (Gantt Charts), lead pre-construction meetings.
- Experience with this company Construction Standards.
- Distribution High Voltage Switching experience to predict needs.
