Title: Talent Acquisition Partner/ Corporate Recruiter
Location: Remote
Duration: (6+ months) Contract
Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment to ensure that Client attracts, and recruits top talent while developing a strong pipeline of diverse candidates for future positions.
As a subject matter expert, you will provide expertise to an assigned business line or department, and will partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and other internal stakeholders to assess long-term and short-term strategic recruiting needs.
Build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to capture and understand business, technical and cultural requirements for successful talent acquisition and retention.
Proactively manage candidate and hiring manager communication throughout the interviewing process. Have weekly meetings with hiring managers & HRBP until req is closed.
Collaborate with the compensation team and HRBP to ensure internal and external market equity
Ensure each candidate slate presented to hiring manager is diverse in gender, ethnicity and background
Define sourcing strategy, including sourcing channels, and drive proactive headhunting for assigned positions, consulting with line managers and HR Business Partners in the selection of the right candidates for the business.
Execute and manage full life cycle recruiting efforts including job description/posting oversight, sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating and closing top talent.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
4+ years of prior talent acquisition experience
5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.

Skills:

Education:
- Bachelor’ s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in behavioral interviewing techniques
- At least 4 years' experience in configuring/optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems to enhance recruiting operations (experience using iCIMS preferred)
- The ability to interface and influence all levels of management & stakeholders.
- Advanced sourcing skills to identify and attract passive & diverse talent for critical ECM openings and talent pool. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
