Job Description

Title: Administrative Assistant
Duration: 24+ month contract
Location: Birmingham, AL- Onsite


Skills Required    
  • Experience with timekeeping, expense reporting, arranging travel, and coordinating meetings.
  • Ability to manage calendar, travel, inbox, and incoming calls with minimal distractions.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office products and Tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook, OneNote, and Teams)
  • Experience supporting this company.
  • Experience with MAXIMO and this company ORACLE systems
  • Experience with PowerPoint and creating/editing presentations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency to learn this company applications for invoice, expense, timekeeping, and procurement needs.
  • Experience with creating/managing DocuSign documents.
  • Experience with contract management
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills.
