Administrative Services
Duration: 6+ month contract
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
 
Skills Required
Knowledge of basic grammar, spelling and punctuation. Skilled in the use of standard office equipment and software.
Knowledge of cashiering or bookkeeping methods; skill in operating various computer software including computerized information systems.
Ability to quickly learn, all procedures, processes, forms, permits, and fees associated with assigned area.
Ability to review permit applications and requests for special actions for completeness and accuracy, issue appropriate permits, and prepare associated reports and records.
 
Experience Required:
Two (2) years' administrative customer support experience in a call center, application intake, regulatory, building trades or permitting environment.
