Position Description
Alabama Department of Human Resources is working on building a combined eligibility program that will replace several large scale legacy systems. As part of this project, DHR is looking for data conversion specialists with strong experience in data conversion projects.

Minimum of 7 years of Mainframe developer experience or similar role 4+ years of hands-on experience performing data migration of mainframe data Identifying and analyzing source data Transforming data into required format Experience in data clean up activities strong conversion development experience great demonstrable knowledge of logical and physical data modeling using normalizing techniques
Experience Preferred
Education Required
Bachelor s degree/Master s degree with a minimum of 7 years experience in application development. (Or) High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years of experience in application development.
Education Preferred
Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science.
Additional Information
Job is in Montgomery, AL. Candidate must be onsite at the DHR facility in Montgomery. No telecommuting or working from home are allowed Candidate must be available for an interview either in person (preferred) or via Skype/Zoom if in person is not practical
