Job Description
Position: Area Marketing Specialist
Duration: 12+ months
Location: (Atlanta GA) Hybrid schedule (2 days/week in office)
Description:
The Area East Marketing Specialist will assist the Area Marketing Manager with the planning and execution of all Area Marketing activities as well as the daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Assist in the organization and activation of Area Marketing events
• Product and brand specialist/enthusiast.
Candidate must have reliable transportation. Extensive travel within the Area is required (approximately 50% per year).
• Candidate must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and have a 4-year bachelor’ s degree.
• Experience with a luxury brand is strongly preferred
Roles & responsibilities
• Operating and regulating the data capture, input, analysis and final output of financial procedures
• Generating Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions and Vendor Management utilizing Zycus System (training will be provided)
• Maintaining the invoice processing and annual marketing budget tracking system daily
• Reconcile the budget against monthly financial statements (BVA)
• Assist with creating Area Marketing reports, presentations and creative such as quarterly event recaps
• Maintain and track Area Event assets and marketing materials.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or higher, some colleges preferred.
• Some automotive knowledge a plus
• Strong Excel skills.
• Paralegal certificate or some type of legal training or experience preferred.
• Extremely detail oriented.
• Keen organizational and prioritization skills
• Quick learner who is flexible in taking on new tasks
