Job Description:
- Perform Quality Control/Audits/ Audit DMV paperwork to ensure it is accurate and complete.
- Data entry
- Image documents for Electronic filing
- Ensure clients are contacted as appropriate related to missing documents and/or errors.
- A high level of attention to detail and results driven.
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service/focus
- Must pass DOJ background- BPA Fingerprinting required.
- High school diploma.
- Strong data entry skills, specifically in Windows and IOS environments.
- Ability to identify, document, track, and monitor problems/issues to a timely resolution.
- Problem solving ability.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
