Job Duties:
- An Authorized Safety Representative (ASR) oversees the quality/compliance assurance oversight program implementation in conjunction with the department to manage the execution of the companies work. Their role is a combination of understanding risk management, legal safety requirements, and implementing standards on multiemployer worksites. The ASR is a company liaison used to assist in maintaining communication and performing quality/compliance assurance observations of work performed at a variety of locations. The ASR will work to ensure each entity understands their obligation to procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Carry out duties as assigned to lead safety & quality in establishing and maintaining required project/site responsibilities for oversight.
- Ensure knowledge of company information applicable to each site that defines safety & quality expectations and the associated governing policies, procedures or rules.
- Monitor work to ensure workers have the resources needed to meet the standards, such as effective training, and adequate oversight of work operations.
- Measure the safety & quality performance through thorough job observations, to verify safety & quality performance is acceptable.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in on-time execution of marketing activities to include advertising, direct marketing, sales promotions, events, sponsorships, etc.
- Work closely with the Product Marketing Manager and agencies on the development of Go-To-Market plans, Communications Plans, Creative & Messaging Concepts aligned to the products’ value proposition, goals and brand guidelines.
- Work closely with agency partners and Product Owner groups in execution of marketing activities.
- Development of reports and presentations of post campaign analysis to include recommendations when applicable.
- Entry, coordination, review, and trafficking of marketing projects in the Company’ s project management system.
- Submission and coordination of identified research or data requests to include gathering of required business information.
- Compiling and processing of financial information such as invoices and budget spreadsheets.
Skills:
- Leadership skills will be used to manage and monitor the day-to-day activities and safety & quality performance of company entities.
- Work experience in the electric distribution or transmission industry, or related fields.
- Act with honesty and integrity.
- Ability to interact with internal and external clients to give and receive moderately complex information.
- Knowledge of utility practices of a combined utility and the associated procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Skill in problem-solving
- Promote, motivate, and encourage a positive safety culture
Education:
- Position will be designated based on experience, qualifications, and skills necessary for work being performed.
- At least 1 year of applicable experience and a bachelor’ s degree in an applicable field is desired. Less than a bachelor’ s degree may be acceptable if accompanied by experience and/or education in positions that demonstrate required abilities and performance.
