Business Administrator
Auburn, WA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day business, project management, and accounting operations.
  • Verify customer order entries, assign cost estimates, and process order acknowledgments.
  • Coordinate contract requirements and ensure project data accuracy.
  • Prepare and issue client billing, maintaining contact with clients and vendors for collection and payment issues.
  • Review project status, analyze financial data, and develop recommendations.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and consult with management to improve operational procedures.
  • Manage project-related tasks, including creating purchase orders, entering expenses, and generating project reports.
  • Potential responsibility for intermediate-level network administration tasks, such as user setup and troubleshooting.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in service center administration, invoicing, or bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in Oracle, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
  • Strong understanding of accounting practices.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in a service center environment.

Education & Experience:
  • Associate's Degree in business/accounting or equivalent experience.
