Job Description
Business Process Analyst 3
Contract: 3+ months (Possibility of extension)
Location: 100% Remote
Due to the global nature of the work U.S. Hours will need to be flexible to European and Asia/Client time zones for some meetings; however it is expected that most of the work can be done in collaboration with email, Zoom Channels and Box repositories.
Responsibilities
1) Develop documentation for country profiles that provide guidance on how to requisition contingent/temporary labor.
2) Create a localized policy and process for each country based on the enterprise-level guidance from policies and procedures.
3) Document current state processes for systems such as Smart Recruiters, Coupa, SAP Fieldglass, and more.
