Business Process Analyst 3 / OCM Lead
Sunnyvale CA (Hybrid)
6+ Months contract
Job Description:
- 5-10 years of IT Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience.
- Should be good at communication & stakeholder engagement. Planning and execution.
- Building training strategy, and assessing the training team.
- Knowledge and understanding of technical solutions (SAP HANA, SALESFORCE, Etc.)
- Life sciences, and medical device industry experience is plus
- Certifications related to OCM is a plus and preferred.
Note: Looking for a very Sr. OCM Lead with SAP S/4 HANA experience preferably in the areas of manufacturing, warehousing, and/or inbound processes. This candidate must have experience leading organizational change management for large enterprise-wide, global transformational programs.
