The scope of work includes but not limited to different requests and enhancements from setting up / configuring special multiple mailboxes to track and assess customers feedback in CRM, reporting and integration. EPRI is looking for a CRM and .NET developer that has an in-depth knowledge of MS CRM Dynamics 365 cloud application. The scope of work includes but not limited to different requests and enhancements from setting up / configuring special multiple mailboxes to track and assess customers feedback in CRM, reporting and integration. The team needs an experienced CRM developer to brainstorm and provide input/suggestions on best approach, implement, and deliver for any CRM related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CRM team to solve business needs and problems.
- Implement and develop agreed approach and development guide by working with EPRI CRM team.
- Continuously support evolving CRM system in line with the best practices, trends, and business feedback
- Support for CRM issue tracking and related communication to business stakeholders ensuring that business users are getting high quality and timely system support.
- Responsible for delivering training aimed to ensure EPRI be able to independently support the solution by holding knowledge transfer and working sessions.
- Provide or execute the Quality Assurance plan with the necessary details for QA team to test and validate that the technical solution meets the scope and quality expectations.
- Lead the team in problem solving function, as subject matter expert in CRM and .Net development.
- Inform Project Team Lead and stakeholders of work progress on a regular basis. Performs related duties as assigned
- Strong .NET Development and as SQL T-sql skills may be required for enhancements and integration work.
- Author documentations that meet the level of details required for the intended audience, including Information architecture, logic flow, and technical details to serve as build book for the developers, administrator, and functional analyst to follow as guide for setup and configurations.
- Identify opportunities for improvement.
