Civil/Structural Engineer
Location: Georgetown, KY 40324 (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract (Possible Extension)
Description:
Experience in building design and construction
Experience in industrial and/or office buildings and building related systems.
Experience reviewing structural steel shop drawings, connection drawings, and erection plans.
Experience with project planning including estimating, scheduling, and scope/proposal development.
Intermediate level experience of computer skills (AutoCAD, Microsoft Office –Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projects, & Outlook.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% when required.
Willingness and ability to work up to 20% overtime when required.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a Major in Civil Engineering
Level of experience 5-10 years
5+ years in civil/Structural engineering design
Experience in design criteria development for civil & structural systems.
Automotive experience with engine, transmission, or vehicle facilities or similar industrial manufacturer.
Ability to travel once a month to meet with Customer [ Boots On]
Good organizational skills, communication skills, schedule management skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, AutoCAD.
