Client Delivery Manager
The Client Delivery Manager (CDM) is responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring service delivery, and driving client satisfaction for large and complex accounts. Acting as the face of TAPFIN, the CDM manages day-to-day operations, resolves issues, and implements best practices to align with client expectations.

Client Delivery Manager
The Client Delivery Manager (CDM) is responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring service delivery, and driving client satisfaction for large and complex accounts. Acting as the face of TAPFIN, the CDM manages day-to-day operations, resolves issues, and implements best practices to align with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact for clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and high retention.
- Manage account operations, including SLA/KPI compliance, issue resolution, and escalation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and allocate resources across projects.
- Develop strategies for client satisfaction, program growth, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor compliance, track metrics, and prepare dashboards.
- Build strong relationships with business and functional teams.
- Provide timely responses and support for associate inquiries.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years in account management, 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- 7+ years of business experience or higher education certification.
- Strong project management skills;MSP or staffing industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, MS Project, and Visio.
