- Position: Cloud Services Software Engineer
Location: Atlanta GA, 30328 (Initial Remote)
Duration: 05+ months Contract to Hire
Job description:
Required Minimum Qualifications - AWS
- API Gateway
- AWS Lambda
- Nodejs
- Postman
- API testing
- terraform

Preferred Qualifications - Develop & deploy applications on AWS Serverless services (Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway) Setup CI/CD pipelines using AWS DevOps Tools (e.G., for AWS - Code Build, Code Commit, Code Deploy, Code Pipeline)
- Configure AWS CloudFront
- 5+ years’ experience working with core AWS services in a HIPAA-compliant environment (healthcare-focused organization)
- Strong knowledge of API authentication and managing API sessions and calls.
- 2+ years’ experience with Jenkins and Veracode
- 3+ years’ experience working with Google Cloud platform, preferably Pub Sub
- In-depth knowledge of Linux/Unix tools and architecture
- Experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic, Horizon, and Telescope
- Strong knowledge of web, security, and networking protocols to support a HIPAA-compliant environment.
- Experience with security tools such as intrusion detection, log analysis, and network scanning.
- Breadth of experience covering the " stack" of front-end web user interfaces and web servers through to back-end analysis and storage systems
- Experience with web-based applications and/or web services-based applications
- A person that thrives and succeeds in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift fast
- Master' s or Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science
- Additional qualifications: 1 or more AWS certifications (Associate, Professional, etc.)
