Job Description
Job Title: Construction Coordinator/Construction Project Lead
Location: Georgetown, KY (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract with good chances of extension
The position is home-based in TMMK Georgetown but must be able to support with mandatory dispatch to other North American facilities (e.G. Huntsville, San Antonio, Cambridge and Woodstock Ontario)
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and off shifts as typical work is conducted on non- production times.
50% of overtime during weekdays, weekends, shutdown, holidays and odd hours.
Domestic and International (Canada and Mexico)
client will Provide:- Hard hat, cap, gloves, ear plugs, safety glasses.
CW: Steel toed shoes
MUST Have: Shoes above ankle

Job Description:
- Work closely with equipment project leaders to determine construction requirements.
- Organize, plan, and prioritize work with multiple contractors to maintain safety, quality, schedule and budget.
- Create project estimates, scopes, bid packages, and schedules.
- Logically arrange bid packages to optimize kpi achievement (safety, cost, schedule).
- Coordinate construction work with other ongoing activities.
- Represent construction in work planning meetings.
- Confirm contractor safe work practices by reviewing Job Safety Analyses and the work being performed, ensure compliance with client Construction Safety Requirements.
- Inspect installations for adherence to the Body Weld Installation Manual.
- Evaluate Construction Contractor performance on Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost and Environmental.
- 10-15 years’experience in industrial construction and equipment installation, automotive experience is required.
- Experience managing safety for construction work.
Skills Required:
- Problem solving, time management, technical communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Industrial construction
- Automotive is the key
- Any background (Mechanical or Electrical)
- OSHA 30 –MUST HAVE
- Deal with new model launces, Manufacturing processes
- Hands-on Installation experience
- Robots, Jacks, Cable trey, Poer panels, Equipment tooling
- Targeting Companies: AECON, DUNCAN, Pharmaceutical, RGI, LG FOX, STATE, TRADEMARK, PIECO, TRIPLE OOO, MELKA
- Background in an industrial construction trade (millwright/ironworker, electrician, pipefitter).
- Experience overseeing multiple trades.
- Estimating experience.
- Knowledge of ICI agreements, experience with unionized trades.
- AutoCAD experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required
