- High School diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in a related field (Community Relations, Municipal Permitting, Public Affairs, OSP Construction, Joint Use, Field Operations, or academic equivalent training or projects).
- Requires strong knowledge of Windows-based application skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills including collaboration, negotiation, and persuasion to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong people and relationship management skills.
