Job Description

Position: Contact Center Tech Rep I
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 5+ Months Contract.
 
Requirements Include:
  1. Excellent Customer Service Focus.
  2. Excellent Communication Skills.
  3. Strong Active Listening Skills.
  4. Ability to Build and Foster Customer Rapport.
  5. Astute Learner.
  6. Competent Trouble-shooting Skills.
  7. Ability to Evaluate Customer Needs and Determine the Appropriate Options/Procedures.
  8. Understands Quality and Performance Metrics and Resulting Impact to the Customer.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications, Hardware/Software Support.
  10. Previous Help Desk/Contact Center Experience Beneficial.
  11. Experience at Institutions of Higher Education Beneficial.
  12. Learning Management System Experience Beneficial.
  13. Comp TIA Certification/s Beneficial.
