We are seeking a skilled and versatile Business Analyst/Project Manager (CTR) to support the Compliance Risk Assessment (CRA) team in delivering its 2025 program. This role is critical to ensuring the successful execution of key projects, enhancing the CRA framework, and meeting deliverables efficiently. The resource will focus on project management, business analysis, and coordination efforts to drive timely and effective outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data mapping coordination with cross-functional (XFN) stakeholders.
- Provide business analysis support for CRA projects focused on improving regulatory compliance.
- Ensure timely delivery of CRA-related tasks and help manage project timelines.
- Handle other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- CRA Execution Support: Assist with CRA execution by reviewing input, providing feedback to stakeholders, and synthesizing input into a report format.
- Integration of Regulatory Compliance Activities: Collaborate across Regulatory Compliance teams to improve integration for 2025, including adopting the Compliance Risk Taxonomy (CRT), assisting with data mapping, and enhancing annual planning processes.
- Real-Time Data Linkage: Implement real-time data linkage to streamline stakeholder communication, improve data mapping, and optimize tools.
- Regulatory Compliance Entity Profiles: Develop consolidated regulatory compliance profiles for key legal entities.
- Proven experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, and working within a Compliance or Legal environment.
- Strong ability to coordinate and manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with compliance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory processes.
- Familiarity with data mapping, taxonomy adoption, and integrating compliance activities across teams.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
