Job Description

Title: Customer Service Representative II
Duration: 6+ month contract (Potential for extension)
Location: Glen Allen, VA (Onsite)

Duties:

Enter and check orders, handle customer phone calls and emails.
Handle quotes, address issues, and update RMAs.
Follow up on post-sales and quotes.
Run reports as assigned.
Update relevant customer, account, and opportunity information through various databases.
Support ISO quality system, quality policy, and continuous improvement efforts.

Skills:

1-3 years of experience required.
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer service or technical experience preferred.
