Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Alpharetta, GA 30004
Duration: 6+ Month
 
Job Description:
  • Maintain daily contact with key client contacts and perform data entry / order processing within specified system.
  • Document and report on status of pending inquiries regarding account problems, plus some outgoing phone calls.
  • Experienced position that requires a Bachelors or Masters degree and 5-8 years of experience.        
 
Additional Job Details:
  • This is a data entry position.
  • Resource must have Salesforce experience but would also like to have someone with SAP as well.
  • If they don't have SAP, it is not a deal breaker.
  • They are willing to train on this.
  • This resource will be creating tickets and assigning to the CSM's.
  • This is a part of the international team, but a second language is not required.
  • Also, this is an onsite position BUT there can be discussions around it being hybrid after the 6-week training period.
