Duration: 6+ Months Contract (High Possibilities of extension)
Maintain daily contact with key client contacts and perform data entry/order processing within a specified system.
Document and report on the status of pending inquiries regarding account problems, plus some outgoing phone calls.
The intermediate position requires a bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of equivalent experience.
This resource will be speaking directly with the patients on getting the equipment shipped, trained on, etc.
