Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support within a professional office environment.

Assist executive management with day-to-day operational and clerical tasks.

Perform front desk duties, including answering and routing calls.

Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a professional office setting.

Minimum 1 year of experience supporting executive-level management.
-
At least 2 years of customer service experience.

Prior experience handling front desk operations and phone systems.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
