EAA Software Engineer Contractor
3 month contract with likely to extend
100% Remote
Duties:
The ideal candidate will have expertise in React, Figma, CSS design systems, and JavaScript, with the ability to contribute to middleware and backend development when needed. This role focuses on delivering high-quality solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Business Unit (BU) Solutions: Execute delivery with a strong bias for action, leveraging technology discovery and collaboration with teammates.
Full-Stack Development: Develop, configure, and maintain custom applications across various platforms, including front-end, middleware, and CRM systems.
Prototyping & Design: Translate business objectives into workable models or prototypes to finalize designs and estimate work effectively.
Quality Assurance: Write unit and functional tests to ensure quality, perform functional testing, and conduct code reviews for team members.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical designs, specifications, and process documentation to ensure long-term maintainability.
Observability & Debugging: Understand and pragmatically apply options for observability and debugging solutions.
Skills:
Experience: 4+ years of professional software delivery experience.
Version Control & CI/CD: Strong working knowledge of git-based delivery pipelines with CI/CD.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in at least 3 of the following platforms:
React
Node.Js
Golang
Salesforce (Platform/Service)
AWS
Education:
Engineering degree or qualified experience
Ability and expectation to utilize AI driven development tools
Financial services, CRM or Web3 background nice to have
