Job Description
Job Title: Electrical Engineer Level 4/5
Duration: 1+ year with possible extension
Location: Remote
Some overtime, but typically 40 hours a week.
For Level 4- PE license, 5-6 years’ experience.
Substation design, QA checking and project lead, performing calculations within substations.
Can go onsite for site visit but not doing field work.
Substation Design with High Voltage over 60-Watt experience
Bluebeam
Utility based- 69 KV most experience, some with 500 KV, 34.5 KV with utility-based experience.
Substation transmission side. 34KV or above.
50% P&C but need physical as well-high voltage substation-can be combined as well. Depends on size of the job.
Design role based out of Bluebeam experience or EDF Adobe make mark-ups on.
Help translates to Bluebeam.
Send to drafter to put in CAD or MicroStation then send back to check.
For Level 5- Active PE License- 8 years’ experience
Leading the projects.
Managerial task- QA and QC. Technical as well, 8 years.
