Job Description
Role: Engine Assembly Technician
Job Type: 12+ months
Location: Carson, CA (Onsite)
Position Objective:
Complete engine assembly projects to Client’ s Motorsport standards using PAG and PMNA processes.
Responsibilities:
Primary
• Teardown, clean, prepare and assemble race car engines
• Inspect and crack check components
• Supply parts list for estimate creation
• Check tolerances using calibrated measuring tools
• Inspect and test ancillary equipment before assembly
• Complete all assembly reports accurately
• Record build data and hours on project
Experience
• Minimum of 2 years general workshop experience
• Measurement gauge usage proficiency
• In depth knowledge of race car engine assembly
• Automotive Industry exposure
• Porsche product experience
• Technical manual understanding
