Job Description
Role: Executive Office Assistant and Project Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 + Months Contract (Good Potential of extension)
Primary responsibilities:
•Provides administrative assistance support to the Executive Office, including, but not limited to travel planning and meeting agenda preparation.
•Represents the Executive Office suite in a professional and courteous manner while providing superior customer service to all.
•Support role for CEO, COO and CFO hosted meeting set-up, including all details –conference room preparation, virtual meeting set-up using MS Teams, invoicing, etc.
•Prepares RFAs, agendas and other documents to support the Executive office. Duties include travel management and preparing budget tracking summaries.
Education:
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, Marketing or a related field Experience:
•Min. 3+ years of experience in successfully managing projects
Skills:
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote
Languages
•Fluency in written and spoken English
•German language is preferred
