Job Title: Office Clerk
Duration: 10 months contract with high possibility of extension
Location: Tallahassee, FL 32399 (Onsite)
Position Description:
CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Excellent data entry, must maintain accurate records
with exceptional attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy.
- Effectively organize and prioritize multiple
assignments while demonstrating strong time management skills and meeting
established deadlines.
- Communicate professionally and effectively, both
verbally and in writing, with internal staff.
- Demonstrate computer literacy, including proficiency in
Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and
Outlook, with the ability to create, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets
and databases.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
office environment while adapting to changing priorities and business
needs.
- Perform repetitive computer-based tasks and use a
computer for extended periods while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
- Exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and
follow established policies and procedures.
Education/Knowledge/Experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Administrative and Office Experience
- Experience using DBPR Versa regulations (preferred)
