Finance Manager III
Location –Atlanta GA 30313 [Hybrid]
Duration –6+ months(Possible extension)
Contract Worker
Part of a dynamic, flexible team focused on the highest priority initiatives within NAOU (North America Operating Unit) New Revenue Stream group. The primary focus of this role will be supporting our US coffee business. The role will actively lead our innovation pipeline value chains with fact base recommendations and supporting alignment across the system, looking at products, customers, and channels. Evaluate price and investment decisions to identify insights and make recommendations to drive growth, improve profitability and improve efficiency. Explain the P&L drivers, as well as full year expectations to relevant business partners.
Role will be both process (monthly cadences) and project based. Executed with a client focused mindset, leveraging SME (Subject Matter Expert) skillsets from across Finance. The team will operate as a networked unit, flexing resources as needed to provide superior business partnership and commercial finance analysis to the NA (North America) OU (Operating Unit) New Revenue Streams division.
What You’ll Do for Us
•Planning –BP planning support, system economics, insights, performance management, business integration, P/L validation, emerging business, sustainability, ad hoc
•P&L Management –Monthly actuals validation, full year forecast support across various P&L line items.
•Investments –DME allocation strategy, brand contribution analysis, innovation value chains, Investment ROI (return on investment), ad hoc
•Capability –project management, scaling end to end processes, ad hoc
Responsibility/ Ownership Levels:
•Develop breakthrough financial solutions and strategies.
•Influence internal and external leaders toward results-oriented actions
•Agile support and Collaboration across the OU in support of transformational results.
Qualifications & Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree
•5+ years of financial solutions/strategies and influencing work experience required
