Job Description

Position: Mail Services Administrator
Location: Tampa, FL
Duration: 03+ Months (Contract to hire )
 
Shift: 7: 00am - 5: 30pm Mon-Thurs or 8: 30- 4: 30 Mon-Fri (Flexible)
 
Job description:
  • Sorts and collates incoming mail for distribution and dispatches outgoing mail.
  • Places mail in proper buckets for distribution.
  • Receives outgoing mail and applies correct postage.
  • Maintains postage records.
  • Maintains and updates filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems.
  • Ensures office is adequately stocked with mail supplies.
  • Travel to and from Post office and mailbox required.
