Experience Required
• Three or more years of human resources experience
• Three or more years of experience administering FMLA and ADA services
• Experience training all levels of employees and management on FMLA and ADA
• Experience using leave management software (Absence Soft)
• Experience using Workday
• HRCI, SHRM, or IPMA-HR certified HR professional
• Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) or Certified Professional Disability Management (CPDM)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables/charts.
