Location: Atlanta, GA Onsite

2ND SHIFT REQUIRED
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday - 1PM - 10PM
Position Objective:
This position provides customer service, and clerical assistance to clients and vendors, complies and maintains records of business transactions and office activities, and handles basic data entry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform administration functions including the printing of drive outs, collecting, and posting payments, customer service, data entry, filing and routing, etc.
- Perform data entry of required information in the AS400 system of vehicle identification number (VIN) and other descriptive information.
- Provide quality customer service through face-to-face and phone support. Answer questions to provide support.
- Perform basic data entry into the AS400 and workbench computer system and download digital images of vehicles into the system if instructed.
- Copy data and compile records and reports. Sort and file documents.
