Client: BMS - Bristol Myers Squibb
Role:  Human Resources - Comp Analyst
Duration: 12+ months contract
 Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with updating company intranet content, Business Process Manuals and Vitalize
  (case management) Knowledge articles – for current compensation operation processes,
    in support of year end compensation planning, and in support of changes to operational 
• Develop training for annual compensation planning and changes to operational model/processes
• Test and track defects related to the compensation planning tool
• Develop reports/statistics relative to Compensation Operations

Required Experience:
• Experience with Compensation Plans/Programs required
• Working knowledge and understanding of SOX controls as they relate to Compensation Operations and integrations with Company financials statements
• Experience developing and deploying end to end processes in a global environment
• Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage deadlines for a number of varied projects and priorities; Attention to detail is a must
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, planning, organizational, and project management skills
• Familiar with Microsoft office suite, Workday and Vizio, process mapping, and ServiceNow (Vitalize)

• Bachelor’ s Degree in Business - Finance or Human Resources focus
• Compensation certifications would be an asset
