About the Role:
- Seeking an IT Systems Administrator to join the IT Operations team. In this role, you will help deliver seamless, secure, and high-impact technology experiences for a global workforce.
- You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing collaboration and productivity applications, ensuring efficient and reliable teamwork across platforms.
- The ideal candidate thrives in automation, integrations, and scalable IT solutions, with a strong focus on security and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to collaboration applications and integrations.
- Scale the IT environment by configuring and optimizing enterprise-wide collaboration tools.
- Administer and manage SaaS applications, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.
- Identify manual workflows and introduce automation solutions using APIs and iPaaS platforms.
- Partner with Security Engineering to maintain a secure, compliant environment.
- Develop and maintain clear technical documentation, including configurations and best practices.
- Support eDiscovery, compliance, and audit initiatives.
- Act as an escalation point for technical issues, providing guidance to IT teams and business units.
- Partner with Business Systems Analysts to scope and support new application implementations and system transitions.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in IT Systems Administration or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with Okta (implementation and administration).
- Strong background in managing modern SaaS applications.
- Experience with system integrations in complex environments.
- Proficiency in automation using APIs and/or iPaaS solutions.
- Collaboration experience with security-focused IT environments.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Growth mindset with passion for continuous learning.
