Job Description
Job Title: Junior Buyer
Location: Anderson, SC
Duration: 3+ Months Contract (Potential for extension)
Job Responsibilities:
•Set up, execute, and maintain ordering parameters and MRP data.
•Monitor supplier delivery performance
•Expedite PO's and confirm delivery.
•Resolve supplier & data issues.
•Coordinate engineering changes with suppliers, engineering, and customers
•Provide availability, pricing, and shipping information. Generate metric reports as needed.
•Other Duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
•High school or GED required
•1-3 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
•Good communication skills, both written and verbal
•Good customer service skills
•Good organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
•Detail-oriented
•Ability to work from home and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
•Proficient in MS office
