Job Description

Job Title: Litigation Support Specialist
Duration: 6 months (Contract)
Location: One Porsche Drive, Atlanta, GA 30354
Work Arrangement: Hybrid –2–3 days in office per week (per Food & Beverage Client Hybrid Policy)
Schedule: 40 hours per week | 9: 00 AM –6: 00 PM (Flexible)
Position Overview
This role supports the legal operations team by assisting with pre-litigation attorney demands, litigation matters, arbitration, and subrogation activities. The position works closely with Litigation Managers and the Customer Relations team to ensure an efficient, compliant, and unified process for handling breach-of-warranty matters.
Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
  • Assist with opening and managing pre-litigation demands, litigation lawsuits, arbitration cases, and subrogation matters
  • Gather and organize documentation required for pre-litigation and litigation matters
  • Order and track repair orders and supporting documentation
  • Support the settlement process, including but not limited to:
    • Processing repurchase requests
    • Requesting and tracking settlement checks
  • Collaborate closely with Food and Beverage Client Litigation Managers and the Customer Relations team to maintain consistent and efficient workflows
  • Maintain accurate records and case documentation in internal systems
  • Ensure timelines, compliance requirements, and internal standards are met

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required;Paralegal Certificate preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of legal, administrative, or related professional experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven organizational and time-management abilities
  • Self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities independently
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a focus on conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools (SAP), Adobe, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and develop actionable solutions
  • Automotive competency or familiarity with automotive processes

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Prior litigation or legal support experience
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
