Job Title: Marketing Campaign Operation Analyst
Location: 100% Remote

Responsibilities
- Work with marketing managers and vendors to understand requirements of marketing campaigns
- Pull customer audience extracts using various criteria and from multiple sources (SQL databases, HANA databases, Excel files, flat files, etc.) to support the marketing campaigns
- Create Customer Segments and Journeys in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Marketing application
- Able to meet Service Level Agreements and deadlines
- Identify ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality
- Propose solutions to improve processes and proactively drive resolution to those solutions
Skills and Qualifications
- Must understand marketing and database concepts
- Understanding of data relationships, and data extraction techniques (like SQL)
- Experience using Excel, SQL, Python
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
- Must be able to work with multiple data sources
- 5+ years overall experience required
- 2+ years of demonstrable experience working with data
- Good communication skills, adept at virtual collaboration
- Comfortable in pushing the conventional thinking to drive change and innovation
- Passion for data and analytics
- Works well with technical, marketing and management teams
- Understanding of the relationship between business requirements and business objectives to actionable recommendations
- Comfortable with metrics, measurements; ability to assist in the development of the measurement strategy
