Position Summary:
CMS Energy is seeking a Minor Revision Specialist to join our dynamic Learning & Development team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in eLearning tools, who is passionate about maintaining content quality and ensuring adherence to branding standards. The Specialist will support updates to existing Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and eLearning content with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply minor revisions to existing ILT and eLearning content.
- Ensure updates are aligned with Consumers Energy’s branding and style guidelines.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to clarify revision requirements.
- Review, proofread, and edit learning materials for grammar, consistency, and formatting.
- Maintain accurate version control and documentation of all changes.
- Identify and resolve minor technical issues within Articulate Storyline and Rise modules.
Required Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience working with Articulate Storyline and Rise.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality.
- Understanding of branding guidelines and visual design principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or content management.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards for digital content.
- Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (e.G., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
