Job Position
- Contributes to the team support for data network and server incident and event management including investigation, troubleshooting, reporting, resolution, root cause analysis and corrective action management –this includes on-call, off-hours support for on-site work
- Coordinates with this company and Client teams in delivery of services to HDQ customers
- Participates as a fully integrated member of the Data Networking team, responsible to the delivery of successful solutions and trouble resolution
- Monitors data networks for performance, security and stability –takes action to identify trends and proactively address issues
