Job Description
Position Title: Operations Analyst –Data Integrity & Reporting
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid 2 days Onsite 3 days Remote)
Expected Duration of Project: 12+ Contract with good chances of extension
Responsibilities:
Top 5 Must Haves:
Experience in Data Entry, Excellent attention to detail, Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, Foundational knowledge of Excel
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid 2 days Onsite 3 days Remote)

Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in data operations, reporting, or analyst roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, graphs).
- Familiarity with Power BI, Workday, and Adaptive Planning.
- Experience with ServiceNow WFM and Magnit platforms is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- High School Diploma required. Associates degree preferred.
