Position: Parts Sales Coordinator
Location: Carson CA 90745
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Position Objective:
The PMNA Parts Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for the activation & completion of the entire selling process, including but not limited to, purchasing, estimates, invoicing, inventory & logistics.

Position Objective:
The PMNA Parts Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for the activation & completion of the entire selling process, including but not limited to, purchasing, estimates, invoicing, inventory & logistics.
Roles & responsibilities:
- PMNA Provide P&A estimates from email or phone inquiries.
- Generate order confirmations from customer purchase orders.
- Pick parts for internal or external sales orders in conjunction with logistics team.
- Finalize invoice & collect method of payment from customer.
- Dispense technical information to customers.
- Identify parts for replenishment.
- Book parts from reconciled delivery note into SAP inventory.
- Identify, propose & implement solutions for optimization of existing warehouse & support truck space.
- Assist with maintaining functionality of E-Commerce portal.
- Other duties and/or responsibilities as required or assigned.
- Track Support Assist with load-in & load-out of support truck at selected events when required.
- Reconcile shipments to track, store in appropriate bin location and book into inventory.
- Pick & record parts requested by customer.
- Invoice & collect payment for parts sold at track.
- Generate sales report to replenish stock for next event.
Required qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’ s degree in business administration or higher with a concentration in marketing, logistics or project management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Porsche parts sales or aftermarket company.
- Motorsport background a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple orders with varying deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and well structured
- Ability to operate independently.
- Confident and affable
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality (integrity)
- High quality standards and high accuracy
- Service oriented and compassionate
- Resilient and diligent
- Strong skills in MS Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook
- SAP experience preferred.
- Proficiency in German a plus
