Position: Automotive Port Processing Specialist.
Location: Benicia, CA (onsite).
Duration: 12+ Months Contract(Highest Possibility of extension).

Roles & responsibilities:
- Attend vessel discharges when necessary to ensure that unloading and storage methods minimize damage.
- Assist in any Food and Beverage Client audit or inventory audit throughout the year.
- Assist in performing ongoing transport driver training in conjunction with Transportation Manager.
- Provide support to Port Manager in daily operation processes.
- Execute processes and procedure established by the Port Manager.
- Support Port Quality Technical Specialist.
- Support Foiling Specialist.
- Assist with PDIs.
- Assist with minor damages found by truckers and FPOR.
- Assist with parts receiving, documentation, and returns.
- Assist with damage documentation.
- Assist with damage claims.
- Shop and office areas clean-up and organization.
- Equipment and vehicle maintenance.
- Assist with inventory maintenance and tool tracking.
- Assist with adding board literature and manifests to vehicles.
- Microsoft products, Word, Excel, Access, Power Point.
- At least a bachelor’ s degree is required in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline.

- Minimum of three to five years of automotive related experience.
Skills:
- Microsoft products, Word, Excel, Access, Power Point.
- Ability to multi-task, handle multiple priorities and make decisions independently.
- Organized and detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills - ability to interact with of all levels of a multi-cultural organization.
