Job Description:
  • The Corporate Programs team is a strategic function that leverages program management to drive execution on the business's most critical priorities.
  • We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Manager to join our team.
  • This role will drive operational excellence and scalability for our extensive marketing efforts, supporting customer relationship management (CRM) and/or large-scale incentives and growth marketing campaigns. This role is crucial for implementing standardized processes, optimizing tooling, and managing the complexities of a rapidly growing Marketing organization. It will require a highly organized individual with excellent stakeholder management skills and overall thoughtful execution.
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead large scale Marketing programs that are highly complex & cross functional in nature
  • Create the program strategy/charter defining clear objectives, northstars and success metrics
  • Improve operational efficiency and reduce risk by documenting clear roles, responsibilities, and workflows through playbooks, training, and process guides.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues & dependencies, resolving these with senior stakeholders if needed through clearly articulated proposals/trade-offs
  • Set a framework to drive accountability across the program establishing strong working relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Develop a roadmap for improved tooling and automations, including the integration of AI/Large Language Models (LLMs)
 
Required Experience:   
  • 4+ years in program management within tech, with experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs and initiatives
  • Highly organized individual with impeccable attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
  • Experience identifying & implementing scalable solutions to systemic challenges
  • Clear communicator (both written & verbal) who can facilitate dialogues with senior stakeholders and drive toward outcomes
 
Education:        
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree
  • Nice to have: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
