Associates or bachelor’ s degree (Construction, Accounting, Management, Engineering or Related Field).
Related Work Experience:
Required:
- With HS Diploma; 5+years of scheduling and/or coordination of work activities or operations support or project management OR
- With Associates or bachelor’ s degree; 2+years scheduling and/or coordination of work activities or project management, construction, engineering, or operations experience OR
- Equivalent combination of education or experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Preferred:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SharePoint
- Construction, project/resource management, engineering, accounting or operations experience in utilities, gas distribution or related field Knowledge and experience with cross bore impingement discovery, remediation, and program administration
- Familiar with permit acquisition process
- General understanding of regulatory compliance and/or quality audit reviews Familiar with Power BI and GIS applications
Preferred:
- Construction, project management, engineering, accounting or operations experience in utilities, gas distribution or related field
- Experience working with city and county infrastructure and the operation of these systems
- Knowledge and experience with cross bore impingement discovery, remediation, and program administration.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
- Candidate will primarily work in an office environment
- Candidate will spend approximately 10% of their time in the field visiting jobsites
- Position will require 5% travel
